[2021] Random Lag on League

Me and 3 of my friends have been experiencing many extreme lag spikes that make the game quite unplayable. Our ping is very low and our wifi is completeley fine but we constantly rubber band around, we are not in the same household and we have differnt internet providers. Im not lagging anywhere else but league is unplayable right now. I checked https://downdetector.ca/status/league-of-legends/ to see that there have been many recent reports. Anyone else experienceing the same thing?

TL;DR: Me and my friends lagging really hard only on league with 40-70ms. Wifi is fine.
