As someone who loved to stack Archangel’s Staffs when each gave you 3% mana as AP (was not even really OP, since you had way too much mana to use), I wondered what the worst case scenario in terms of balancing could be.
Imagine a Katarina with three Banshee’s Veils. Or a Caitlyn with multiple Rapid Fire Cannons. Or a Shaco with 4 Hextech Gunblades, just pressing 1234E to delete you out of invis...
