Xerath

Base Stats

  • Base mana reduced from 459 to 400

Mana Surge (P)

Cooldown increased from 12 to 16

  • [New] Cooldown is now reduced by 2 seconds per kill (any kill like minions, champions, monsters, etc.)

Rite of Arcane (R)

  • Number of Missiles increased from 3 - 5 to 3 - 7

  • Base damage reduced from 200 - 300 to 200 - 280

  • AP ratio reduced from 45% to 40%

  • Damage is now increased by 20 - 30 + 5% AP per champ hit


Zyra

Context:

Hey all, been working on preseason but found a bit of time to do some small Zyra QoL.

The goal here was to smooth out some of her rough edges and make incidental damage a little less brutal for plants.

Also a bonus clear speed buff for the rare Zyra jungle players.

Garden of thorns (P)

  • Plant damage taken from AOE spells reduced from 4 to 3

  • Plant damage to monsters changed from 150% damage to non-epic monsters to 40-100 bonus damage (scaling with level) to all monsters

Rampant Growth (W)

  • Seeds on first rank up increased from 1 to 2

Grasping Roots (E)

  • No longer locks out flash during the cast

Stranglethorns (R)

  • Cast Paradigm changed from walk to position to cast at max range
  • Missile damage update cadence increased from 4/s to 16/s

Can we PLEASE stop doing this? I want the spell to cast where my cursor is, simple as that.

Generally I agree we shouldn't change these very much once shipped.

Imo in the case of Zyra R which is a giant honking circle with delayed damage and even more delayed CC the exact precision of the center at max range matters a whole whole lot less than making sure the spell fires when you're inputting that command.

No clue, that'd be an eng thing. I'd love it if so though!
