I would say Perkz and Caps are in the highest tier. Caps is pretty self explanatory and Perkz roleswapped from being a world class midlaner to being a world class botlaner now, which really speaks of his talent. He has been on top since pretty much his rookie split and was successful with 4 different iterations of G2. Where do guys like Jankos or Forg1ven rank in this? Or maybe some underdogs like Hylissang or Broxah?
