[2019] 450 BE Champions Should be taken off sale schedule

It's a waste of time to both Riot and players. I don't think any reasonable person is going to spend RP on a 450 BE champion, meaning it's both a lost chance at spending RP for a player as well as lost opportunity for Riot to earn money. There are two 450 champions on sale this week.

So do we. Another player suggested this also, and we agreed so we made the change. Unfortunately all the sales up to this week were already set so this SHOULD be the last time you see a 450 BE champ on sale.
