[2023] Why can't you report someone post-match?

There's nothing more infuriating then encountering someone toxic during a game, and then when I plan to report them after the match is over I get stuck in the loading screen where I can't honour anyone and the only option is "skip waiting for stats".

This then takes me back to the lobby. So now my only option is to tediously go back into my match history, copy paste the name of the toxic player then manually search on google 'League of legends report' and open up a ticket
