Lmao, I can see that! This skin could be released on like April fools! I think you should consider this, but change it in ways so it doesn’t completely look like it. Maybe add the ponytail and make the skin look like Xin put on a crude costume?
Would be a funny definitely not skin for sure. I think things with deceptive color schemes/silhouettes are discouraged since Riot really tries to avoid having the skins affect the game. Even small things get exploited at the highest levels- there are certain skins that are avoided in pro play due to them being easier to see and/or having more obvious indications of abilities/cooldowns and such. Would definitely love to see more things like Annie-Versary or Surprise Party Amumu where champs reference other champs, but it's tough to do that in a way that doesn't negatively affect the game ^
edit: The idea about having a crude costume is pretty cool though! I could see Jinx or Mundo having something like that for sure.
Yea, I can see that too. The confusion would be endless. But I like where the concept goes, even if it isn’t this skin. Like a cool April fools or Halloween skin series where champs cosplay each other. Even if Is just a crude imitation to make it obvious, it would still be cool. ie veigar as Amumu,but with poorly wrapped white bandages while wearing his hat.

I’m heavily inspired by several members of the riot art team if I’m honest; I based one of my final uni projects on creating a fake league champion so I tried very hard to learn the creative process to faithfully emulate it. I also did a few master studies (Larry Ray, Alvin Lee and Jessica Oyhenart) along the way and they really taught me a lot just through replication.
