Does anyone know if there is still availability to create clash teams or are all the spots filled by now? I think I remember reading somewhere that only so many spots would be available per time slot and you would only find out if there was room left when a team is locked in.

The rules of clash say that smurfing is forbidden. iirc the exact rule is that every player has to play on his account with the highest rank. So my friend was silver 1 last season on his 1st account. He didn't play on that account this year. Instead he played on his 2nd account and is now bronze 1. So my question is: Is he allowed to play on this account or does he have to play his placements on his 1st account and then participate with that account?
He can play on his 2nd account. The rule is the highest ranked account at the time of team creation.
