[2023] Which runeterran region would dominate if League Esports was a thing in there?

In one faithful day in Piltover, Piltovan Engineers unveil their new creation, the Hextech Computing Device. Or more commonly known, a computer. Soon wide spread adoption of the computer swept Runeterra as they discovered their uses. Even demacians who seemed to be suspicious at first soon gave in after seeing how managing kingdoms were easier with computers.

Then a group of people had an idea, make a game about the heroes and villains of Runeterra and package it as League of Legends. It spreads incredibly well throughout Runeterra and people start to try it. They loved it so much that soon a competitive scene emerged. Even with the looming threat of the void, Viego, and some other sh*t, League of Legends was now the past time of most young people in Runeterra.

And thus leagues were built in every region, teams from everywhere all group up to compete in this game using some sort of hextech technology and people love watching it all.

Now which region would actually dominate the scene?
