Riot promised a tank. K'sante is a bruiser that builds tank items because if he builds bruiser he's even squishier than an actual bruiser when he ults. Even if he gets buffed to oblivion the design of it is just simply stupid and he'll never feel like a tank unless you hold R in which case you're just a CC bot or in other words a warden.

His ult should convert x% current HP into AD while giving omnivamp for free and reduce his maximum hp by the same x% (so he keeps the resistances)

This would make sense because he's giving up health but gains damage and can heal back the lost health with the omnivamp he gets. Resistances multiply omnivamp healing so when he ults he transitions from a warden into a drain-tank which feels a lot better to play.

K'Sante is a Vanguard that turns into a Juggernaut.

He is actually a warden that turns into a skirmisher temporarily with his ultimate
