I wanted to share my BBQ Leona cosplay with grill shield and hot dog sword!! This is one of my favorite cosplays ever - that hot dog made me cry multiple times, but in the end I absolutely adore it :)
The weenie fork is PVC pipe skinned with EVA foam (like yoga mats), and the weenie itself + the shield are made from XPS (insulation) foam. Most of the rest of the armor is sewn - I'm usually an armor maker so this was a nice break! I do love how the neckerchief came out - that's foam made to look like stiff fabric :)
