For those who don't know the new version of Lethal Tempo makes Vayne incredibly OP for pretty much this entire season. Making champions harder to kill through either more armor MR or HP will be a massive buff to Vayne thanks to her silver bolts.
I have 2 ideas on how to make Vayne more fair.
Idea 1 add another passive to Vayne where she can't gain extra range.
Idea 2 make silver bolts % max HP scale with bonus AD and per level so that Vayne can't rush pure attack speed + tank items and still deal insane damage while being nearly unkillable herself.
Idea 1 is my favorite since the intended weakness of Vayne when she was created was her low range.
