it seems very unlikely in this year as its only 2.5 months now and this year has been like 3 champions in 10.5 months

The above is not my saying. Like i mentioned some people are coating that Spideraxe or someone who has close ties to Riot said that 3 more new champs this year.

And now with this statement of yours i believe it's true then. The increment is really just 1 whereas in Champion roadmap earlier this year, it's written that the focus would be new champions this year.
It's disappointing that it's just plus 1. Never gonna belive another article or whatever from Riot now.
I had gotten so excited at year start and now reading this even though it was so clear that 10.5 is 3 so how can 2.5 give 2 let alone 3. But because you said "big assumption" i got tricked.
Really wasn't worth it. I feel cheated to be honest for believing and waiting. No more.
