General reminder that many changes cannot be easily datamined, such as functionality changes or bugfixes, and are not always final.

 

Champions

Viktor
  • selection radius:  160 --> 120 (revert to live)
  • these changes were missed yesterday:
    • Q base shield:  27-105 linear --> 40-115 linear
    • W slow:  30%-45% --> 33%-45%
Warwick
  • base AD:  65 --> 63
  • Q cast range:  350 --> 365
  • W passive AS duration:  1s --> 2.5s
    • the current implementation grants you the AS for a set duration after attacking a target below the thresholds
    • at low AS (i.e. level 1), this duration was not actually long enough to consistently last until your next attack, effectively doing nothing sometimes
    • this increased duration should now be more than enough to cover that case
    • this also means that you can now sometimes keep the increased AS for a few attacks if you swap targets regardless of the new target's health
      • if the old target was below 25% but the new target was above 25%, then you will reset to the >25% AS value
      • however, if the new target is above 50%, then you will keep whatever AS value you had before regardless, since a target above 50% does not reevaluate the AS buff
      • for example, if you just killed something you'll keep the <25% AS from them for a few attacks as you swap to a new full-health target, which can help cut them down to below 50% quicker
      • all of this similarly applies if you attack someone with the W active mark then swap to someone who's unmarked (regardless of either target's health)
    • also the buff now displays an icon for its duration

Elixirs
  • required level:  12 --> 9 (revert to live)
  • no longer restricted to one copy of each elixir at a time (revert to live)
  • Elixir of Iron tenacity:  20% --> 25% (revert to live)
  • Elixir of Wrath AD:  25 (?) --> 30 (revert to live)
    • this one is complicated since it was set to 25-30 linear 1-18, which really results in 28-30 at 12-18 due to the minimum level requirement, but it was likely intended to be 25 at all levels
  • Elixir of Wrath pvamp:  9% --> 12% (revert to live)

About the Elixir restrictions thing:

Elixirs still replaced each other if you activated them. You could still have one of each in your inventory, but you couldn't have more than one of any individual Elixir in your inventory. It also didn't prevent you from rebuying an elixir that was already active

I suspect it was a leftover from the tested Endless Elixirs rune ("elixirs can be stacked and do not expire") requiring you to be limited to one of each Elixir type. Item exclusion rules like this are handled by assigning items to a "group", and one of the many features of a group is the ability to limit you to a set number of items from that group at once (usually just one).

However, groups can also have their limits overridden by scripts (this is how Cassio passive locks her out of boots, by setting her Boots limit to zero, as well as when Arena had an augment allowing any number of Mythic items, by setting the Mythic item group limit to six). I imagine Riot intended to support Endless Elixirs locking you out of Elixirs you have already used by giving them each their own group and then setting each group's limit to zero as you used them to prevent you from wasting gold.

The rune got scrapped but maybe parts of it still leaked through for a bit given they have before, which is the only reason we know they tested it at all. When that rune accidentally shipped, it also came with the "minimum level: 9 --> 12" change (but only on the tooltip), so it might all be related to that still.
