Riot and most other gaming companies offers internships for software, art, and data positions - that's a pretty straightforward ticket for an entry-level position! Be sure to check it out if you're interested at all.

Sorry! I think internship recruiting just hasn't started yet for this year. What I did when I was on the internship hunt was use visualping which alerts whenever a webpage changes to track internship opportunities of places I'd want to apply to.

Just my experience, but I think compensation extends beyond just "does this job pay?". For me, some internships were inaccessible to me due to low wages that would make it not financially possible for me to relocate + earn a living wage when my expenses were calculated (some of my opportunities were located in Cambridge and Bellevue). I was incredibly grateful for Riot and my other internship opportunities to pay enough where I didn't have to consider incurring debt to take on an opportunity.
