Hi all. Subject tells it at all. How to deal with good Vayne top as Garen? What to build, what to read, can someone success me anything?

I couldn't farm at all because she cait me a lot. I couldn't attack on her cause she used E. Thanks.

Man only advice i got is wait in bush(get sweeper or control ward it so she doesn’t know) and full combo her also as soon as your silence runs out spam w in case she knocks you into a wall
