[2023] Is Riot done with Banners?

I thought adding Banners as a reward to event passes was a really good idea, seeing that most event pass rewards just amount to currency and loot boxes.

I can’t be the only one who thought that the Lunar Revel profile Banner was really cool and was excited to see what other types of Banners Riot might’ve included in the future.
