[2021] It's 2021 and Kai'Sa can toggle her helmet but Superfan Gragas can't toggle his buttcrack. What gives?

This is honestly absolutely outrageous, this anime girl can toggle her helmet up and down, transform into multiple forms and our big beloved boy can't even have the option to pull up his pants? What honestly gives? Where is the equality?
