[2022] Dodging in Patch 12.17 does NOT give you a -3 LP or -10 LP punishment anymore.

I just dodged on 3 different accounts to make sure, dodging does no longer punish you with any loss of LP (previously -3 and -10 LP), you only get the 5 minute, 30 minute or 12 hours timer. This was not the case before nor was it mentioned in the patch notes in any way.
