Yes they're safe. Any tickets you may have, you'll be able to use in future Clash tournaments.
what i don't get is that it worked in some parts of the world and in others don't. shouldn't there be everywhere the same source code with maybe different servers using it?
also i get the argument that EUW is big with that many games at the same time but doesn't that go for china, korea, Eune and vietnam as well? those are pretty big as well even bigger than north america and turkey that didn't work as well.
We experienced issues everwhere, some servers died faster/harder than others depending on their hardware/configuration etc. We're aiming to share more details on this in the near future.
