[2019] A very disturbing realization about Nasus in the lore

So if you've read about Nasus in the lore, you'd know that he's a brilliant man blessed with the powers of the Ascended. Despite those powers giving you insane bulk and the power to push around the little mortal guys (which pretty much would get you caught in the Darkin sinkhole), Nasus was too smart and spent ALL his time during the empire's history reading. However, we also know that he saved his big ass library post-Shuriman empire collapse and would kill those who dare try and loot it. The Shuriman Empire collapsed a very long time ago, and Nasus has literally just been sitting around Q stacking random passerbyes, looters, Piltover pirates (possibly attempted to Q stack Ezreal before getting hit by IBG 7 times), and probably also been Q stacking random innocent desert animals (for +12 of course) for THOUSANDS of years.

So my question is... how much damage does Nasus' Q do now? We saw in the Ryze cinematic that Nasus was about to Q stack a behemothly large creature, I mean if you think about if you were sitting in the practice tool Q stacking on Nasus for centuries you'd probably be able to one-shot Baron, so it makes sense. But if he missed and hit the ground, would Runeterra explode?

I think all the Watchers need to destroy the universe is just to yoink Nasus' cane. But they better be careful or he'll one shot them.
