[2023] Your team should be able to pardon an AFK player if he gets disconnected unintentionally.

Today I had a game where our top had a power outage for 15 minutes. We managed to hang on 4 vs. 5 for all that time, until he came back and we played the remaining 15 minutes with a full team, winning the game.

I think it would perfectly reasonable if we had the option to pardon him, after all it's only us who he affected, and not the algorithm that gave him the penalty.
