So new missions on riot x arcane just dropped, and I'm stuck at this part where it tells me to "search for evidence". I found Jinx graffiti at streetside cafe but don't know how to progress further from here.. anyone know? Thanks

More missions are coming this week, so definitely check back daily. Also, we understand the confusion of what to do next in the Search for Evidence and are looking at potential ways of addressing this, so thank you and others for raising this issue. People are mostly confused because if they have any side quests open (even Poro snacks), they won't get any info that this quest is a dead end for now.
Sorry for that, that is indeed confusing. Which side quest is stuck for you? You should be able to finish side quests while the main quest is happening but if you would be willing to share those details, we can look into it. Else, if you're more comfortable with opening a ticket with Player Support, we could look into your situation that way - whatever'd work best for ya!

Oh I had no trouble. But this interaction (getting no info that the clue quest is on hold for a while) is exactly what's confusing to people. They'll run circles searching for clues, many of them won't put an end to this chase, won't look at side quests until they finish the "main quest".
Ah gotcha. Yep, players running in circles here is absolutely not the intent and this is a great learning for us for future projects. For now, we are weighing the options here and really appreciate you (and others) raising the volume on this mission's step!
This issue is still going on, it's very frustrating and probably wasting a lot of peoples time looking to complete this "semi-unlocked" quest not knowing its locked.
This is the first quest where it sounds like you're saying you have to wait even though you already started it. There's no indication the second half of the quest is timelocked so we're left with the ambiguous instruction "search for evidence" fine combing the world for something that doesn't exist.

The support page also doesn't go into detail about what quests will be timelocked/when they'll unlock as far as I can tell, so that doesn't help unfortunately.
Yep this is a gap in our design and good point about the About page not providing a detailed explanation here. In the future, we'll definitely take this as a learning and for now, we are weighing the options for any quick solves here to de-confuse things. In the meantime, I will share that new mission will unlock each day from now through Thursday, each providing a new reward (VAL, LoR, TFT, LoL). Sorry for the confusion and thanks for raising this up as an issue as it effects other players too!
I'm stuck at "search for evidence".
I can't find any evidence after searching all map. So isn't clear or not if we are able to finish right now and we waiting for new missions.
Is it possible to complete "search for evidence" or not?

Hi, yes there will be one piece of evidence per day from Sunday through Thursday (for a total of five). So as of right now, two pieces of evidence (Streetside Cafe and KJ's Lab) are available with more coming over the next few days.
