[2021] Why is MAD vs RGE the match of the week in the LEC insetad of G2 vs RGE?

What did I miss? Why would they promote MAD Lions vs Rogue as the match of the week instead of the game between two first place teams G2 vs Rogue?

Does the match of the week always have to be on the Saturday (Sunday in case of super week)?
