I currently don't have a guide but I'm in the middle of writing one.
This is what I look like currently

Hey Reddit! How's it going?
I am riste, recent Twitch Rivals Winner, long time solo-queue player since the beginning of Season 1, who has just reached Challenger for the very first time playing almost-nothing but Garen. I've been involved with the champion for a very long time, innovating with the champion to the point where I broke 500lp using three different runepage playstyles.
I also developed the most advanced Garen-trick possible for the champion last year, where I hold off on leveling my ultimate at level 6 until I'm able to engage the Villain, marking them as I bait them into a fight or catch them via a flank. My audience and I refer to it as the Flick of the riste.
Most importantly for me, though, is that I am day-in and day-out, a positive League player. I try my best each day to be kind to others, be forgiving of teammates if they screw up themselves, and to focus on the enjoyment of the game itself compared to some petty or negative alternatives. My content is inspired by Bob Ross himself, which I have named as "The Joy of League"
I'm taking today off today from my grind to recover (And watch Howl's Moving Castle with my community later!), so please reddit - AMA!
