[2023] Runes recommender broken

I'm a new player and have been using the runes recommender every time. Somehow it stops working and I don't know how to fix it. This has been going on for a while and I have to look up build on google for each match (but I'm slow and sometimes ended up with a tank runes twitch for example). Could someone please help me with this?

Do you have any steps to reproduce this? We've seen a handful of reports and have looked into it but haven't had any luck repro'ing.
