General reminder that many changes cannot be easily datamined, such as functionality changes or bugfixes, and are not always final.

 

Champions

Diana
  • P tooltip updated to reflect the 14.6 duration changes, now using a data value instead of a hardcoded "3" (the actual effect was already working as intended)
Karma
  • E/RE:
    • migrated to use data values instead of effect amounts
    • ult extra base shield:  50 / 90 / 130 / 170  -->  60 / 110 / 160 / 210
    • secondary targets now receive 100% of the extra shield value instead of 30% of the total shield value
    • secondary targets speed value unchanged (12%, aka x0.3 off the primary target's 40%)
Kog'Maw
  • E tooltip updated to reflect the 14.5 slow changes, was using the proper data value instead of an outdated effect amount
Nami
  • W:
    • migrated to use data values instead of effect amounts
    • initial damage:
      • base:  60-220 --> 60-200
      • AP scaling:  55% --> 50%
    • initial healing:
      • base:  55-135 --> 55-155
      • AP scaling:  25% --> 40%
    • reminder that each bounce modifies the next by (-15% +7.5%% AP)
    • cooldown:  10s --> 9s
  • E:
    • migrated to use data values instead of effect amounts
    • base damage per hit:  20-80 --> 20-60
Skarner
  • Q damage now also scales with +70% bAD
    • this applies to both the "next three attacks" bonus damage as well as the Q missile recast damage
    • still also scales with +6% bHP
  • W damage now scales with +80% AP
    • previously it scaled with nothing but spell rank
  • W had a few unused data values removed that imply a scrapped mechanic to gain additional shielding based on some unknown condition (possibly hitting champions with the damage?)
Sona
  • P empowered attack damage (Q version only):  x1.4 non-Q version  -->  x1.5 non-Q version
    • total damage:  28-336 +28% AP  -->  30-360 +30% AP
  • Q onhit AP scaling:  20% --> 10%
  • W heal AP scaling:  15% --> 30%
  • E ally base speed:  10%-14% --> 10%-18%
    • self base speed unchanged at 20% constant

 

Items

Bloodsong
  • spellblade base AD scaling:  150% --> 100%
Imperial Mandate
  • ally damage proc current health scaling:  12% --> 10%
Zaz'Zak's Realmspike
  • damage:
    • base:  20 --> 10
    • AP scaling:  20% (unchanged)
    • target tHP scaling:  4% --> 3%
  • cooldown:  8s / 7s / 6s @ 1 / 11 / 16+  -->  10s constant

Karma R+E is going to be different, actually.

The AoE shield is going to scale exclusively off of R and will be distinct from the single-target amp.
