- W had a few unused data values removed that imply a scrapped mechanic to gain additional shielding based on some unknown condition (possibly hitting champions with the damage?)

- total damage: 28-336 +28% AP --> 30-360 +30% AP
- Q onhit AP scaling: 20% --> 10%
- W heal AP scaling: 15% --> 30%

- self base speed unchanged at 20% constant
