[2020] Worlds 2019 had more OCE caster than LPL casters

LPL had ONE representative (Raz) at Worlds. While OCE had TWO representatives (Spawn and EGym) during the event. The most dominate region within recent years had less casters than OCE who had accomplished nothing internationally. Please hope and pray we get more representatives from the Eastern regions.
