Hey guys, wasn’t sure where to ask this, since I couldn’t find Ticketmaster support mail, nor did I think that this is a question for Riot support.

I bought collector’s ticket for LEC Rotterdam, but my package didn’t arrive yet. As my flight is tommorow afternoon, I am worried that I won’t be able to attend the event.

Am I being stupid and I have that ticket somewhere on my profile on Ticketmaster, or am I worried with a reason? If so, any suggetions on what should I do?

Hi Rednamed!

Sorry to hear about your problem! If you bought a Collector's ticket (the one that costs 4,90€ extra), this is a physical badge-like ticket that should have been sent to you via post. Sounds to me like it got lost somewhere on the way to you, which is frustrating!

Please follow this link: https://help.ticketmaster.nl/hc/en-us/articles/360006581113-How-can-I-contact-Ticketmaster- On the very bottom you find phone-numbers or contact form for "Urgent question". I hope they can help you!

If time does not allow, please print your order confirmation and bring it with you. We will have the box office open at the venue and they should be able to help you out in the worst scenario. Just make sure to have some documentation with you about your ticket purchase.
