[2019] My league browser looks different to my friends?

So for all my friends my league browser is a black background with i think the most recent person on it was sylas.

Mine on the other hand is pure white with what looks like to be hand drawn versions of the characters and everytime i uninstall and reinstall i get this one back, is it safe to play on?

Also if someone could tell me how to link a photo of it here id appreciate it.

Press the "print screen" button while looking at the client, open paint , Ctrl + v to paste the image , crop the image of there is personal info in the image. Save it , go to imgur . com , upload it there and paste the link as a comment here.
