[2021] Bounty Mechanic in 4 v 5

See if this will get some traction as far as a discussion.

The bounty mechanic in 4 v 5 needs to be adjusted. A 4 man team is already at a disadvantage and as it is for the 4 man team to win the 5 man team will most likely have a bounty. This makes it even more difficult for the 4 man team to win a match where they are already a man down. This creates the opposite effect of having a chance at a comeback when behind.
