[2020] Playing in diamond right now is a coinflip

D3. I either get the completely awful team where everyone except me is 0 4 at min 10, they cry, beg for ff and/or rage quit, or the good team with actual human beings playing the game normallya nd trying to win. The worst thing is that i win +18 and lose -18 as well so im basically always in the same spot until the odds are in my favor or against me (cant really get out of 0lp D3, i went down to D4 3 times already and back up, then win/lose/win/lose/win/lose/lose, etc). Also when these people "troll" the games they just say "i win 30lp and lose 5lp, i dont care". How is it possible that the ranked system is so unfair and unbalanced? Honestly, im tired of my progress being handicapped by people who dont really want to play the game properly... is there anything i can do? a trick to overcome this pattern?

Perhaps an ideal time of the day to play? i realized playing after 2am is the worst, and the first few hours in the morning is the best generally. Any other thing i can do? I wish i could earnt 30lp and lose 5lp, i wouldnt even care about bad matchmaking because overall my progress wouldnt be limited, but winning and losing the same amount of ponits, its just killing me... it seems like this game doesnt want you to climb at some point, and does everything it can to prevent it.
