[2020] Did Riot seriously put the next two EU clashes on the last weekend of LEC regular season and the finals weekend of LEC?

And yes, the times completely overlap, so it's impossible to both play clash and watch LEC. I guess this isn't that big of a deal, but I assume a lot of people who play clash also watch pro play and we already don't get clash that often these days, so this really sucks for those people.
