[2020] Auto Attack based junglers are 30% slower to clear now lol no on hit jungle item

Got both smite types for AoE but no on hit dps. takes 25 seconds to just kill red now compared to the 17 on live server

leesin way slower too

since buddy tindragon down there doesn't understand. jungle items are amazingly efficient. taking them away and reducing xp rate for ALL single target junglers so they can get a different item that is less efficient doesn't compensate for what is lost lol

p.s. i just watched a jax full clear 4:00 lol because the attack speed steroid he has doesn't do anything when all your autos hit for 50
