[2024] Rookern is broken, the Magic shield just Doesnt work

In Multiple instances Rookerns magic Shield has been Completely ignored, this is the Best Footage i have that shows it,
Karma and Ryze both deal 95% magic damage with a Few autos Weaved in, and yet my Magic shield doesnt even take a Dent

i Assume its Either the Fact that the Magic Crits or the Mr Reduction of Malignance? , Anyway i also feel like i take way more Damage then i should but that Might just be my Inner Conspiracy Theorist
