The recommended items for a champion in the shop are meant to reflect what players are actually building on that champion, and will end up changing over time as player habits change. However, Riot will often make manual recommendations for champs that are newly reworked or released, as a guide for what they expect players to build before they figure it out for themselves. They did this for Aurora, with her 3 recommended first items being Rod of Ages, Liandries, and Riftmaker. After 4 months, the only one of these items that Aurora ever builds first is Liandries, and even that is a situational item for top lane Aurora rather than a go to item. The real first item choices for Aurora are Malignance or Luden's, and as it stands, you have to search for them manually in the shop every single game you play her; they aren't even in the bottom row of "commonly built" items.
Also, her tooltips now make no mention of her gaining move speed during her W and ult. You can hold shift on W to see the speed boost %, but it doesn't say anywhere how long it lasts or that it also applies during her ult. That information used to be in her passive tooltip, but since her passive doesn't give MS now, that information simply isn't in-game anymore.
