[2023] Varus Q indicator is so awful, we should have an option for quick cast not be forced to use it regardless of what you select

If you aren't aware, Varus Q now always uses an indicator as if you do NOT have quickcast on.

This change was implemented in 13.20 I think, if you look into r/VarusMains some are saying they hate it while some like it.

The thing is it shouldn't exist if you have quick cast no indicators on.
