Im getting this whenever i try and open the riot client, every time, i tried restarting pc / deleted everything to do with league off pc and doing a fresh installation, and yet nothing is working.

was working perfectly fine last night and nothing has downloaded/changed on my pc since then.

any clues how to solve this?

I see one on the solved side and one on the current issues side , 7 minutes difference with the current one being the more recent.

That one is solved but if you click on the current messages (left side) you should see the current failure. I don't have any further info I'm afraid.

And you have selected EUW English?

There should be this notice on the current issues side as well
