[2023] What single buff would make one champion ridiculously OP?

Let's all channel our inner Morello and let's think of a single buff that would make s3 Kassadin or old TF shiver.

Vayne - Runaan's Hurricane now applies Silver Bolts

Vayne - Silver bolts true damage isn't limited anymore on monsters (was it the case back then?)

Katarina is now untargetable during Death Lotus

Kennen is now untargetable during Electrical Surge

Any others?

Edit The limits are close to none. Not doombots over the top like, more like enough to break the actual game.

Seeing someone post something about Morello gave me an Ego from Ratatouille moment. Ryan is a treasure :)
