[2022] How do you deal with ranked feeling like a lottery

First I wan't to say that I know it's not up to luck, otherwise the best players wouldn't be on the top.

I started playing ranked only this season even though I have played the game for awhile. I feel like one player on my team can ruin the whole game and that it happens way too often. It makes taking the game seriously and actually playing ranked when it isn't 100 % up to how well you play.

Guess ranked might just not be for me, but any advice is appreciated!
