Yasuo is the wild one. He dashes, spins around everywhere and he can’t stand still. We’ve all been there where we tried to hit a Yasuo with a point and click ability only to be playing a weird game of wack a mole, where you try and guess where he’ll dash to next. And he throws tornadoes because he doesent give a f*ck.
Yone is the mature older brother. Every move you make HAS to be deliberate because every f*ck up is incredibly punishing. Unlike Yasuo, you have to be very deliberate with how and when you use your third q. Miss your q and your out of position. His E can be dangerous because it essentially tells your opponent EXACTLY where you’ll be in a few seconds.
You have to purposefully place your body somewhere it won’t get dunked on. And if you plan to all in with it, you have to be absolutely sure you’ll kill them or your body will yoink you away while your opponent sits at 1 hp.
Yones ult has a slow wind up. You have to be absolutely sure you want to use it, and that you’ll hit it. Other wise, once again, your out of position.
That’s 3 out of 4 abilities that can f*ck you over if your not careful how and when you use them. Where as Yasuo has to be wild and unpredictable and mechanically school the opponent in the moment, Yone has to be wise and deliberate, planning how to use each ability ahead of time.
And to me this perfectly reflects what we saw in the cinematic.
