Just a reminder that Evelynn has six major bugs right now that significantly affect her gameplay. (I have tested all of these bugs myself and they are all still in the game as of 11/26/21) These bugs are:

  1. Evelynn can be seen from stealth over walls in locations she should NOT be seen. This is definitely the worst of all of these and what got me searching for more Evelynn bugs this patch. (Showed up in patch 11.23).
  2. Evelynn should only see a red glowing effect around her body if detected by a control ward. However, the current bug in the game gives her the exclamation mark indicator above her head (given when spotted by a champion) in addition to the red glowing effect when she is spotted by a control ward. This makes it impossible for Eve to tell if there is a control ward and a champion in a bush or just a control ward. (I'm not sure how long this bug has been around but you can see in this KingStix video from Jul 27, 2021 how control wards should function with her stealth (at about 7:17): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wl6ewqAhWdg. It is likely that this bug was caused by patch 11.23 with alterations to stealth code and Chemtech drake. (I only first noticed it in patch 11.23 but it may have been around for longer).
  3. Evelynnโ€™s q does not proc sudden impact after leaving stealth. This is a core rune on Evelynn. (I first noticed this bug in patch 11.23 when I started specifically looking for Evelynn bugs, but it has likely existed for longer).
  4. Her ult does not reset turret aggro (if she stays in tower range) when she goes untargetable. Horrible bug for coordinated tower dives because she can't juggle aggro with her team using ult unless she ults all the way out of tower range. This is not always realistic in tower dive situations. (I first noticed this bug in patch 11.23 when I started specifically looking for Evelynn bugs, but it has likely existed for longer).
  5. Evelynn's stealth range circle is only visible to the player if camera is panned directly over her the moment she enters stealth. (I first noticed this bug in patch 11.23 when I started specifically looking for Evelynn bugs, but it has likely existed for longer since it is not very noticeable).
  6. The cooldown on Evelynn's w starts over when the 5 seconds runs out or when she procs it. When she places a charm now the timer counts down from 14 seconds (or whatever the cooldown is based on level and cdr) to 9 seconds then jumps back to 14 seconds, starting over. This could either be a gameplay bug (if her w cooldown is supposed to start right after she casts it) or a visual bug (if her w cooldown is supposed to start after it pops). (I first noticed this bug in patch 11.23 when I started specifically looking for Evelynn bugs, but I have found posts complaining about this bug dating back months).

These aren't insignificant or niche; Every one of these bugs shows up in an average game. Below is a video showing each of the bugs:

As a heads up, these very detailed lists that outline as much detail as possible and most importantly the REPRODUCTION STEPS are the best possible chance you have for your bug to get tracked and fixed. We try our best to keep up but we need to rely on player reports, and these kinds of posts make that so, so much easier.

I specifically did not promise that this means your bug will be fixed. I can only promise that this gives it the best chance to be tracked, which in turn gives it a greater chance to be fixed. Not every bug can be fixed, nor is every bug worth fixing.

This pre-season has made games EXTREMLEY fun. Honestly. Stomps feel better now because games are way more competitive and idk longer? (I don't know what your internal stats are saying). But they are f**king great. For such a small scope pre-season it really feels nice. Well done to the team :D
