[2020] How to balance Sett

So sett has been problematic acording to certain people, so riot decided to nerf the basic riot nerf basically just down some unimportant stat by 4 and call it a day. I get that they want to preserve his identity and would like him to stay the way he is. So I think a way to nerf him without really changing his playstyle from what is intended would be to remove his q's autoatack reset.

The autoatack Reset just makes him have more burst in his kit and the 4 auto combo does a lot of dmg. The way he was described by riot makes me believe they want him to be a bruiser so why not just make him excel at longer trades.

I really like his design and I honestly believe that they could make him balanced without that much nerfing

P.S.: maybe make his w shield lower as well.
