Building a successful and healthy team for a project like this will take time and each of us will define our culture. Some day I hope that this is both the game that everyone wants to be playing, but I also hope that this is the dev team everyone wants to be a part of.

@stanchrr This is one of the most senior team roles, long term there will be lots more with significantly less requirements (including entry level with 0 professional xp needed) Fresh devs are the lifeblood of our industry, but the team needs experienced mentors to help them succeed
