For some reason i can see clash in my client but have seen nothing on reddit nor op.gg to indicate this is on purpose. Is clash actually here for EUW? If so why cant i access anything except for the HUB and the WINNERS tabs?

Nice. You should be better at announcing thinks like this. Clash and other game modes are super hype/fun to play and you should advertise it more on reddit/the ingame client!! Just friendly criticism
