I've noticed that sometimes 4/1 vote at 15 in ranked doesn't work to actually concede the game, but sometimes it does. What are the conditions for this? Google yielded nothing and there's also nothing on lolwiki about it.

External link →It should always work at 15 now. If you have examples of games where it doesn't that's a bug and a link to a match history would be great.
