On the PBE Archangel's Staff was one of the updated items for the preseason, they had changed it back to the way it was before with ap scaling off mana instead of ability haste, but it had a bonus passive that gave stacking ability haste when casting consecutive spells. I really think that would have been fun to see with the new and improved RoA making a comeback, shame they changed their minds :/
