[2020] Top 3 champions you think need nerfs heading into the new season ?

To me, definitely mordekaiser as he is a champion that pretty much plays itself and is still very strong. Mandatory aphelios And I guess in third... I guess either Aphelios or caitlyn, but these definitely are less oppressive. I feel we have a fairly balanced meta.

Edit: and cdr items, 40% cdr should be a choice not default on every mage ever
