9.22 Patch preview. Should be pretty light touch on all of these changes, last patch before preseason. Changelists coming tomorrow.

Nerfs

Kayle, Pantheon, Kai'Sa, Xayah, Ashe, Blitzcrank, Nautilus, AP Malphite

Buffs

Sejuani, Sylas, Kalista

Yeah, they're not buffing her until mid-Season 10.

Riot doesn't seem to like Kayle very much. Pre and post-rework.

They did take half a season to make her an actual champion, after all.
