[2020] Quick question: anyone recently played against a Mordekaiser and keep hearing his voice globally?

It keeps happening to me. I keep hearing his voice in Midlane when he's on toplane. Also when he's in jg on fog of war.

I am in eune server

I had to mute the game when I played against him in one for all, but it also happens in normal draft mode too for me
